Missoula Public Health Offers Flu, Covid Vaccine Clinics Countywide

Missoula Public Health is offering multiple flu and covid vaccine clinics across Missoula County in October. These clinics are on a first-come, first-served basis and are open to families, individuals and children. 

Nurses on site will offer covid and flu vaccines only. All clinics require photo ID and insurance card if available. A sliding fee scale is available for those without insurance.

All clinics will run from 3 to 6 p.m. on the following days:

• Thursday, Oct. 1: Swan Valley Elementary School (6423 Hwy 83 N.)
• Wednesday, Oct. 7: East Missoula Fire Hall (300 Montana Ave.)
• Thursday, Oct. 8: Lolo Community Center (12345 Hwy 93 S.)
• Friday, Oct. 9: Clinton School (20397 E. Mullan Road)
• Wednesday, Oct. 14: Seeley-Swan High School (456 Airport Road)
• Friday, Oct. 16: Frenchtown Fire Station (16875 Marion St.)
• Wednesday, Oct. 21: Potomac Community Center (29827 Potomac Road)
• Friday, Oct. 23: Bonner Fire Station (8511 Bonner Mill Road)
• Wednesday, Oct. 28: Exploration Center (1075 South Ave. W.)

“Flu and COVID vaccines are one the best ways to help keep you and your loved ones healthy during the upcoming respiratory season,” said Sara Heineman, MPH health services director. “In addition to handwashing and staying home when you’re sick, we encourage everyone to get vaccinated. Through October, we’re partnering with The Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana Care Van to provide multiple opportunities in the county for vaccine clinics. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.”

The Immunization Clinic at Missoula Public Health also offers these seasonal vaccines to all residents at the downtown Missoula location. The Immunization Clinic is open for walk-ins Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic is open by appointment only on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The clinic is located on the first floor of 301 W.
